Who is responsible

Sell Trax is the party responsible for personal data. The legal name and address are still to be confirmed and will be published here when this notice is no longer a draft.

Data we may collect

If you request access or use the service, we may process name, phone, email, business details, delivery addresses, orders, messages you send us (including WhatsApp), and payment information you enter in the product.

We do not ask for sensitive data just to learn about the product.

What we use it for

To set up your business, run orders, deliveries, inventory, and collections, support you, and reply when you write asking about the product.

We do not sell your customer list to advertisers.

Processors and transfers

The service runs on cloud, messaging, and, when it applies, payment processors. Those processors handle data only to provide the service.

We do not sell your customer base. If a transfer needs your consent, we ask first.

ARCO rights

You can access, correct, cancel, or object to the use of your data, and revoke consent you have given us, by writing to support@sell-trax.com.

The same address is how you limit use or disclosure. Response times follow Mexico's federal private-sector privacy law once a lawyer has signed off on this notice.

When a lawyer reviews this text, we will replace the draft and say so on this page.
